Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
DAISY: Daisies are all-time favorites for the perennial border. The cheery flowers begin to appear in late spring and continue on for several months if faithfully deadheaded. A plant that is easily grown in average, well-drained soils in full sun. Good drainage is essential for this plant! Unsurpassed in the border and for cutting. Give them a sunny spot and a balanced plant food in the spring and once again when buds form. Remove flowers as they fade to promote further bloom.

Shasta Daisy 'Alaska' (Leucanthemum superbum) Huge 3" flowers are pure white with yellow centers born on long stems. Attracts butterflies & birds! Long-blooming if kept dead-headed. Plant in rich, moist soil. Hardy, yet performs well even in the hot, humid south.

THIS IS A PERRENIAL. SHIPPING WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE A STRIKING PLANT. CAN'T FIND TO MANY WHITE FLOWERS THAT JUST GRAB YOU WHEN YOU LOOK AT THEM. I LOST MY FIRST PLANTING OF SHASTA DAISY SO I AM HOPING THESE WILL DO WELL HERE. WE DON'T HAVE GOOD SOIL AND WE ARE WORKING ON THAT PROBLEM. HAVE THREE NICE SIZED GARDENS AND I AM GONNA FILL EM UP THIS YEAR FOR ABOUT A FOURTH OF THE PRICE I PAID LAST YEAR FOR PLANTS WHICH SOME OF THEM DIDN'T MAKE IT. SHIPPING WAS FAST AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. I RECOMMEND YOU TRY PLANTING SEEDS . ITS AN EXPERIENCE AND A WORK OF ART WHEN THEY BLOOM AND SEE YOU PLANNED YOUR GARDEN CORRECTLY.

1 out of 5 stars Seeds did not germinate   July 28, 2010

After several tries none of the Shasta Daisy seeds germinated. I tried around 25 seeds and not one germinated. Maybe something I'm doing wrong but just wanted to share.
